This is a quick low cost service for those that would like a fresh
perspective and have the time to stage their homes themselves. I
provide a detailed report with pictures describing in detail the
changes that will make the biggest impact to sell your home.
Staging to Live
Did you like the look we achieved in the home you just sold? With
our staging to live services we will help you arrange your furniture,
select wall colors and organize your rooms to create a feeling of
beauty and tranquility from the moment you walk in the door. We
also offer personal shopping services, tell me the look you are
after and your budget and I’ll do the comparison shopping
for you to get the look your want for the lowest cost.
Organization
and Home Make overs
Clutter creates chaos. Let us help you transform your home into
a tranquil retreat. Treat yourself to a one day home make over which
includes a one room (or 2 Closets) organization, furniture re-arranging,
paint color consultation, and a party at the end!
We
will do as much or as little as you like, and when we stage your
home or property we include a catered “Opening Night”
reception for up to 20 friends, family, REALTORS and potential buyers!
In addition your home will be marketed on Stagedhomes.com at no
additional charge to you!
