I wanted to let you know that I truly believe that your services were a very large part of us being able to have Athena's home under contract in less than 3 weeks in a Buyer's Market! Before any changes were made to the home's appearance, I thought it's newer interior paint would provide enough comfort and warmth for a buyer to get excited about this home. But it wasn't until AFTER the sellers made the changes that you suggested were we able to SEE the characteristics of this home!

The changes you suggested were not expensive or time intensive. Yes, it did require breaking down some of the 'comforting decorations' the seller wanted to keep up and some physical work, but the end result was amazing!

We could really see a difference in how the home "felt". We gained much more space, better traffic flow, more appealing visually, clean and a calm feeling. A real sense of HOME was now present, and I believe this helped the Buyer make a quick decision to purchase this staged home!

In the end, we were able to sell higher than asking price and have a quick close. Pam helped make my job easy and saved both the seller and myself quite a bit of time. Everyone was happy in the end and I thank Pam and her input for making the house a HOME! We will most definitely work together in the future.
